For managers
The most successful capital raises come from diligent planning and execution. Performance is only one of the factors behind an allocation. No fund is too new or too mature to take a hard look at its asset-raising process.
Cap intro advisory
Understand what else you need in place, beyond returns, to secure an allocation.
- Three 45-minute one-on-one sessions with Dan and/or Paul reviewing the fund's marketing materials, investor pitch and infrastructure.
- A weekly office-hours session where the Regiment Cap Intro team takes questions from any subscriber who attends.
- A monthly performance report showing how the fund is faring against the top performers in its peer group.
- Readiness reports and checklists that grade the fund's preparedness in the areas investors weigh, regardless of AUM.
Investor outreach
An economical way to get your information into the hands of potentially interested investors and start a relationship that leads to a meeting.
- Our outreach team places around 500 calls a month to roughly 30 investors to learn which strategies interest them and their investment criteria.
- When an investor shows interest in your strategy, we forward your fund's materials.
- The investor can request a meeting with you through the Regiment Cap Intro Manager Information Portal.
- You receive a monthly report of which investors were polled, what they are looking for, and whether your materials were forwarded.
A separate $1,000 due diligence fee applies, and the manager must pass Regiment Securities' due diligence process before any materials are forwarded to an investor.

Each month, outreach subscribers receive a call report listing the investors contacted, the outcome of each conversation, the investor's comments on their mandate, and the status of the introduction.
