  • Ranked a top 5% performer in your current organization

Network and market presence

  • A highly active professional network of 10,000+ social media contacts
  • Strong social selling capability and digital presence

Character

  • A collaborative mindset, with demonstrated experience working effectively within a team
  • Willing and interested in putting personal capital at stake, if asked

Track record and compliance

  • A demonstrated track record as a top performer, supported by two years of production history
  • Clean U4 with no disclosures, plus two professional references
  • Successful completion of a background check
