• Clean U4 with no disclosures, plus two professional references

• Successful completion of a background check

Performance & Business Planning

• A demonstrated track record as a top performer, supported by two years of production history

• A clear, well-developed business plan with a path to $150,000+ in annual revenue

• Willingness to commit to Regiment's existing production standards and minimums

Network & Market Presence

• An active professional network of 10,000+ social media contacts

• Strong social selling capability and digital presence

• A collaborative mindset, with demonstrated experience working effectively within a team

Ownership & Commitment (Preferred)

• Willingness to invest $15,000 or acquire 0.1% equity in Regiment, LLC
