Character

  • A collaborative mindset, with demonstrated experience working effectively within a team 

  • Willing and interested in putting personal capital at stake, if asked.

Track Record & Compliance

  • A demonstrated track record as a top performer, supported by two years of production history

  • Clean U4 with no disclosures, plus two professional references 

  • Successful completion of a background check
