Distribution
Regiment participates in the selling group on public offerings. We take allocations from lead underwriters and place them through our registered representatives and distribution partners, extending an offering's reach beyond the traditional institutional syndicate.

Where Regiment Fits
Public offerings involve a number of parties with distinct roles. Regiment participates in distribution as a member of the selling group, working alongside the lead underwriters who manage the offering itself.
What Regiment Does
- Secures allocations from lead underwriters on offerings in process
- Places allocated shares through registered representatives
- Extends distribution through partner platforms
- Maintains supervised suitability and compliance review on every placement
- Reports demand and placement progress back to the syndicate
Handled by the Underwriters
- Structuring and sizing the offering
- Preparing and filing the registration statement
- Managing the SEC review process
- Setting the offering price
- Final allocation decisions and aftermarket support
Distribution Reach
Traditional syndicate distribution concentrates allocation with institutional accounts. Issuers and underwriters increasingly want broader participation at pricing, which requires distribution channels that reach past the institutional desk.
Regiment places allocations through its own registered representatives and, working with Click Capital Markets, can extend reach into a network of more than 120 million brokerage accounts. That combination lets a single selling group position touch a materially wider investor base than a conventional retail desk.
The platform also provides visibility into demand as it develops through the offering window, which informs how Regiment works its allocation and what it reports back to the syndicate.
What This Provides
- Access to a broad retail brokerage network
- Distribution beyond the institutional desk
- Visibility into building demand
- Wider shareholder participation at pricing
- Supervised placement throughout
